1) Buy 2 bottles of your favorite wine. Spend at least $15 per bottle. Trust me you will avoid the headache the next morning. If you can spend $19 per bottle, I like Ghost Pine Cabernet. Both Harris Teeter and Giant carry it.
2) Too busy to cook? Buy a bag of ready made pasta from the frozen food isle. You can cook it on the stove top in 8 minutes. Great for 2 people.
