Basic Background: Ideal Schools its opening Loudoun County's first and only independent co-ed high school in September 2008. We offer a high-tech, project-based curriculum in a small school setting, to engage and challenge students through individualized instruction, and to create a supportive environment where every student succeeds.

Mission Statement: To provide the finest high school education possible

Teacher/Student Information: In 2008, we are admitting students for grades 9 and 10. We will serve grades 9-12 in two years. There will be no more than 12 students in each classroom. All of our teachers are highly qualified in their academic areas and enthusiastic about teaching.

Tuition and other costs: For applications received by May 31, 2008, tuition is $16,000 per year, fixed for up to 4 years. Our regular annual tuition is $20,000, which compares favorably with comparable northern Virginia private high schools, where tuition ranges from $21,000 to over $31,000.

Regional Makeup: Most of our students come from Loudoun County.
