Located in the heart of Dulles, this particular location is one with tons of personalities and already regulars. When we visited, Tina, a new member to the team, quickly became our new favorite stylist. She is so talented and sweet. With Tina, it is not about her. Her focus is only about you. We recommend her to anyone that asks.

I’ve been going to Karen from Eclips for years. That’s because I trust her styling sense. I actually had won a cut for this salon from an auction I attended. Until then I had been faithfully getting my hair done by a very well known salon in Fairfax. I used to walk out looking great, but never able to replicate it. Karen recommended adding some low and high lights and before she even cut my hair, I noticed a huge difference. After Karen finished, she showed me exactly what to do with the gorgeous style she gave me. I was hooked and I fired my old stylist. Thank you Karen

From the very first time I came, the service has been outstanding and I have never seen a nicer staff then the ones at Pink Karma.The owners have taken the influence of Eastern beauty traditions that date back to thousands of years ago and streamlined it for the 21st Century in Sterling. From threading, to hennaing, to Ayurvedic massages, to mineral make up, they have proven over and over again that what worked for Cleopatra and Indian Goddesses, also works for Northern VA Moms.

Joseph Awad is my Hair Man. He asks the right questions about how much styling I want to do, he looks at my face and head shape and assesses what style will highlight my features. He is highly skilled (awards won for hair )and a real pleasure to be around. I know when he’s done I will look and feel fantastic.
