Recreational Culinary School Offers Holiday Menu Classes

cookologySterling, VA – The holiday season is right around the corner and families everywhere are starting to think about what they will cook. Cookology, the recreational culinary school located in the Dulles Town Center Mall, has a strategy to eliminate the stress of feeding and entertaining your guests this year with a full assortment of holiday cooking classes.

“Let’s face it, the holidays are stressful enough when you gather with family, but if you are the one hosting and not confident in your cooking skills, it becomes an even bigger challenge,” said Cookology owner Maria Kopsidas.  “We have a full schedule of classes to teach you some of those holiday classics as well as some modern techniques.”

Sessions are offered seven days a week in large or small group sizes with hands on participation.  First time cooks as well as experienced home chefs can gain new skills, and the best part is that you eat what you create.

Some of the November classes include: Modern Thanksgiving Sides, Family Etiquette for the Holidays, Gourmet Holiday appetizers, cooking with Seasonal Ingredients, Pumpkin and Pecan Pie, as well as several Holiday Cupcake and Gingerbread House workshops.

The classes range in price and can be found on the Cookology website at www.cookologyonline.com.  For more information contact the store at (703) 433-1909.
