WHY Owners experienced in serving Nouveau Turkish food to Europeans and North Americans. Try the Lentil Soup prepared with red lentils, peppermint and other seasonings. Shepherd Salad with Feta Cheese rich in diced tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley and onions, feta cheese and topped with olive oil-lemon dressing. Make sure to try the Turkish Pizza Lahmacun, which is a Turkish Pizza, thin and crispy, with chopped lamb and vegetables and garnished with onions, tomatoes and lemon. For an entrée try the Shish Yogurt served with tender cuts of grilled lamb and red and green peppers, served on a bed of toasted flat bread, topped with tomato-yogurt sauce.

Unbelievably tasty French Dip sandwich with thinly-sliced prime rib served medium on a house-made French roll with mayonnaise. One of the best and tender Baby Back Ribs you will ever have. My wife’s favorite Gulf Coast Fish Sandwich served with crispy grouper with red onion and thousand Island dressing on a house-made bun.
