Going green is a very beautiful thing, especially at Pilar’s Organic Skincare Studio. My visit is for the 100 minute Signature Facial with Jennifer, complete with hot stone neck and shoulder massage. I admit- I am a little dubious about organic skincare, as I am certain it takes heavy artillery and chemicals to make a difference on my skin at this point- but Jennifer proves me quite wrong. After a heavenly, all too short 100 minutes, I emerge with radiant, glowing, and smooth skin.
A self proclaimed Sephora junkie, I ponder why I would shop at Whole Foods for my food and then apply harmful chemicals onto my skin? That’s when Jennifer hand picks products just for my skin from their seven high-end organic product lines so I can begin my organic at-home regimen. After booking my next appointment, I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, wondering how I have lived life before Pilar and Jennifer.
The verdict: I am still impressed with Pilar and Jennifer’s extensive experience and product knowledge and now a devoted organic addict, inside and out!
