"CONTEST IS OVER"I am writing, because I saw your contest while in a waiting room at the pediatrician. I have four children, and usually I do not get time to read magazines, but I was at the doctor with ONLY one child. It felt like fate!
I am writing for my twin 7 year olds. One is a boy Patrick, the other a girl Natalie. I could not decide...you decide :-). I included pictures of their rooms and also one of us together.
In the last 18 months my family lost a business, lost our home, welcomed our fourth child and the Natalie and Patrick switched schools. All the changes hit them the hardest, and I worked to keep their life as normal as possible.
However, when we moved we needed to downsize our furniture and "raise cash" for the move. I had to sell some of their things in yard sales and on Craigslist. This included my daughter's old bed. They both handled it in stride, but I would love for them to feel the thrill of having a newly designed room. We are already very blessed, but this seemed like an ideal opportunity for a mom to say THANK YOU to her children in a very special way.
