Raising four children under the age of 10 at home, Kelly has her hands full as the family’s COO , CFO and President of Human Resources. She shares Executive Leadership with her husband, Ted (a 20-year Computer Consulting veteran), who focuses on the other elements of McLaughlan Inc. - CIO , CTO , Chief Marketing Officer and Garage/Yard Detail.
