Three thing you need to know up front:1. It ain't Mexican 2. It ain't fancy 3. It IS Delicioso! La Chocita is a simple favorite and definitely my first choice for take-out when I have the kids. Luckily, my children have the tastebuds of the United Nations so we can go just about anywhere and they will eat. But if you ask them where they love to go out to eat they will tell you La Chocita! |

If you are looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, then Rio Grande is the place for you! From their handmade tortillas to their custom margaritas, there is sure to be something to satisfy your taste buds. The environment is lively, energetic and fun. One of my favorite lunch dishes is the Sonora platter. The Sonora is the perfect dish for those of us who can’t make up our mind when ordering. The dish comes with one enchilada, one crispy taco, one tamale and is accompanied by rice, Frijoles and fresh flour tortillas. Rio Grande is situated on a busy corner in the heart of the Reston town center. The prices are very reasonable and the service is good. It’s the perfect place to sit outside and sip on a margarita on cool spring afternoon.
