I have broadened our product content to stay current with today's modern woman. She is ever changing and developing new facets of herself. I have to have what she needs as well as introduce her to new products and services.
What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
The fear factor. Entrepreneurs must be fearless! They have to have faith that what they've planned will materialize before they can see it. When you work for someone else, you only have to do what you were hired to do. Entrepreneurs have vision that could never be contained in someone else's office.
