So, recently as some of you know, I got divorced. And I'm lousy with math. Okay, fine, I am not actually divorced, but I live like I am. I’ve been geographically and emotionally separated for years, and we are still litigating. About a year ago, a (flirty) neighbor looked me up and down and said, “You look great. Divorce Diet?“ I was insulted at first. Then intrigued. I had to find out what the Divorce Diet consisted of. |

Officially, we changed the clocks to 'spring forward' last Sunday morning, and the outside temperature isn't the only thing in a state of flux. Right now, nature and nurture are conspiring to kick start your libido! |

This is the second installment of my blog. And of course, after last Friday’s no-show no snow day (which no doubt left more than a few of you a bit frazzled), I’ve been wondering if anyone actually tried my “chore play” suggestion. Some of you are smirking as you read this, thinking, “Ha. Nice thought, but, um, NO!”
Let’s face it; it’s hard to be wildly romantic once you have kids. It’s simple- there are only so many hours in a day, only two of you, only two hours left after their bedtime before yours (if you’re lucky), and only one reliable babysitter (if you’re luckier still). |

Who hasn't longed for some quiet time alone, soaking in a tub filled with fragrant bath oil, soft music playing, maybe some candles, and the latest issue of Oprah to read? We have such high expectations for ourselves, but sometimes we find it difficult to carve out some personal time to recharge our physical and emotional batteries. Most women feel it's selfish to think about their own needs, especially if there are young children in the house. |

My Butt Lift? Recently a friend asked me if I'd had a butt lift. While I loved the comment, it seemed a bit random. She told me my butt looked 'tighter' and she wanted to know my secret.
That is really flattering when you've had three kids, a class reunion, and Halloween cookies in one weekend... |

By Jennifer White As a new mom I understand the additional stresses and strains pregnancy can put on one’s body. Moms can definitely over extend their bodies’ capabilities with daily tasks and repetitive movements, leading to pain, especially if we support a bad posture. This means, if we are not performing activities in aligned posture, the way are bodies were designed to be used; it will lead to stresses and strains. |
